As a stakeholder communication specialist, I was responsible for ensuring that our initiatives delivered value to customers, business managers, and our development team. I worked on reducing resolution times for user-generated reports by integrating with Fullstory, which helped us identify problems more quickly. During my time at Pareto, I was a member of the squad responsible for developing automation tools that optimized investment performance across paid media channels. With a strong focus on improving efficiency and delivering measurable results, I was dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of my work.
