Supplier Master Data Analyst

- Creation and maintenance of supplier master data (general data, company code data, purchasing data) - Approval of data quality checks in SLM - Creation of light phase-in suppliers in SLM - SAP data migration support from SAP legacy systems to S/4HANA as supplier master data package owner providing the final input on which suppliers should be migrated along with the necessary files for the migration and the final data validation post migration - SAP report extraction and analysis (mostly performed on MS Excel) - SAP query creation and maintenance. - Creation and execution of Data Cleansing control for all active sites under SMD scope, thus avoiding having active suppliers with no real business transactions (invoices or PO) for a set amount of time - Execution and ownership of SOX Control (validating creations and changes done by the remaining team members) - Creation and execution of "Not used bank accounts" control. - Updating of team handbooks regarding creations, changes and controls. - Creations of working instructions regarding seldomly used processes -Preparation and presentation of team KPI's and volumes to internal business partners
