Direct technical project support for both tendering and execution stages. Orchestrate end-to-end completion of projects, including electrical distribution solutions, control solutions, and process automation solutions (Oil and Gas, Mining, Utilities and Renewables, Water and Waste Water and Marine business segments). Lead designers and manage team resources. Directly supervise teams of up to 20 people and oversee 4+ project simultaneously (at different stages in the project lifecycle). KEY RESULTS: • Delivered Manitoba-Minnesota HVDC Transmission Line project – supplied protection relays and panes, design, and engineering of AC/DC schematics, termination racks, and cable schedule for all inter-wiring between panels and HV equipment. • Oversaw first-of-its-kind Ship-to-Shore connection port in Canada; led design and engineering of drawings, contractor coordination, testing, and commissioning for the Port of Vancouver authority. Developed a protection philosophy subsequently adopted on other projects. • Formally recognized with an award and 10/10 client satisfaction score for Caresland Nitrogen Operation project (Agrium); led engineering and commissioning of Main 15kV Substation renovation with 30MVA capacity, Substation 3 equipment upgrade, addition of Substation 63 (2MVA feeding Transformer), construction work package, and commissioning support. • Engaged and partnered with Memorial University Engineering team to investigate an electrical phenomenon at the Calgary Airport (ground fault relay tripping during normal operation); discovered a rare overcurrent and developed a solution.

Collaborated closely with other engineers, designers, and drafters to deliver timely and technically sound results. Consistently met regulatory requirements and client deliverables, including on-time and under budget execution. KEY RESULTS: • Achieved project delivery 3,000 hours below budget and netted a 10/10 satisfaction score from client (Seven Generations) for an Electrical Design project for Lator 2 Gas Plant. Restructured schedule and optimized processes to achieve tight timelines. • Delivered E&IC cost estimation (above $50M estimate); prepared specifications, received cost estimates from vendors, created WBS and MTO, and produced a detailed construction cost estimate (500-MMSCFD Sweet Gas Plant). • Selected to support a Hydro Quebec project (Quay Alexandra Port of Montreal Shore-to-Ship Power Substation); prepared protection philosophy, prepared relay settings for MiCom, and SEPAM relays.

KEY RESULTS: • Served as Package Manager for Saturn 1 Gas Plant project (Shell Canada); delivered major electrical packages, including UPS, MB Cable Bus, Electrical Heat Trace, CCTV, NGR, Zig-Zag Transformer, PFC, and Passive Filters. • Led electrical for Fox Creek Generation Catalog Design project (Shell Canada/Genivar); gathered bid information from suppliers, prepared Catalogue Design Matrix, and prepared SKM models and power system analysis for 6 catalog design cases. • Appointed Electrical Lead for conducting a multidiscipline, industrial Energy Efficiency Study (EEFS) for Shell Canada Saturn 1 Gas Plant; realized 9.4% savings (with projected savings of $1.97M).
