CMT Consulting - Business Analyst

* Worked closely with the client's IT and procurement teams to assess the software environment following a series of recent acquisitions. Identified opportunities to streamline and consolidate the cluttered software portfolio, decommissioning redundant applications. * Partnered with a client finance department to develop a comprehensive budget tracking dashboard in Excel, which consolidated capital and operating expenses across the business unit. The dashboard enabled real-time forecasting of total spending against the approved budget, allowing for proactive cost management. * Designed and implemented a data-driven "account health scorecard" prototype, which aggregated information from multiple disparate sources to analyze and predict reasons why B2B customers may choose to switch to a different provider.
