Student Researcher and Data Analyst

- I identified gaps in Trader Joes’ locations, collected median household income to create maps on QGIS, and compiled findings in R Studio to produce a report with data visualizations on economic bias in lower income areas - Collaborated with a team of 12 students to create an emergency resource website for American citizens in Kenya on behalf of the U.S. State Department - Manipulated survey data from the Demographic and Health Surveys on Senegal in Excel using PivotTables, graphs/charts, t-tests, etc. - Designed an independent analysis project on Stata using 2011 Demographic and Health Survey data from Uganda to evaluate whether the probability of getting the Bacille Calmette-Guerin Vaccine impacts the country’s Human Development Index - Utilized OLS regression models, checked for threats to validity, and accounted for control variables. - Performed machine learning models like Random Forest Regressor, Isolation Forest and more on Python
