Assigned duties and tasks include: ordering device replacements, scheduling time with end users to replace devices, building/imaging devices with proper software's, transferring user data from old device to new device, recycling old devices, retiring old hardware assets, troubleshooting end user issues as they arise Unassigned duties and tasks include: assist in building a dashboard in ServiceNow to be utilized by desktop support teams to help monitor and manage hardware assets, automate daily reports to monitor hardware asset status and fiscal year replacement schedule
