Researcher

Researcher – Dr. Cvetanovic • Maintained a cell culture COS-1 and 293. • Fed and split cell culture COS-1 and 293 3 times a week. • Preformed cell counts weekly (varying based on cell growth cell growth). Researcher – Dr. Schallmo • Called and scheduled 5 participants a week for clinical interview, EEG, and MRS • Preformed first and second roll during EEG analysis. • First role included setting up chair with chin rest, meeting the participant, performing an acuity test, starting programs to measure response times, and explaining tasks to participants before and during program is initiated. • The second Role included setting up EEG on participant, checking electrodes, and monitoring EEG to ensure artifact or other events were recorded in notes. • Preformed data analysis weekly on resting data using MATLAB. • Preformed second roll for MRS. • Second role included assisting with set up, greeting participants, performing an acuity test, starting task, and monitoring the participant’s position.
