- Implemented a workflow of data through SQL Server, Oracle SQL, and Power Bi to analyze and develop report dashboards for informed decision making which resulted in increase in operational processes. - Built in-app reports for a reporting web application built in house which reduced turnaround time for data requests from stakeholders. The application was developed using C#, Asp.Net and the reports were designed using SSRS. - Managed a team of 3 Data Analysts to develop workflow process, build pipeline for data reporting purposes from various sources (SQL Server, Oracle SQL, Cisco CAR, Web etc.) with over 10+ internal stakeholders resulting in a more recent improved business model. - Managed the end-to-end development and deployment of a Quality Management System for the organization. The QMS digitized all Quality assurance and data collection process for the hospital and improved quality data analytics by over 50%. - Developed a staff appraisal application using Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint. This replaced previous manual process and ensured process transparency, records digitization, and extensive employee data analysis. - Automated common/repetitive business processes using Microsoft power platform.
