Data Analyst, Data Exchange Coordinator & Scrum Master

In my role as a data analyst, I actively contribute to the development of an industry-specific dashboard, responsible for data importation and crafting tailored functions to generate desired visual representations. Leading the monitoring efforts, I orchestrated the setup of signal transmission to Datadog via our pipeline, culminating in the creation of a comprehensive monitoring dashboard. Additionally, I facilitated detailed analysis through a dedicated notebook equipped with diverse graphical representations and executed distribution comparisons using various statistical methodologies. Transitioning into the role of data exchange coordinator, my primary objective revolves around ensuring the ingestion of high-quality data. This encompasses liaising with banking institutions regarding data deliveries, addressing data quality (DQ) findings, and streamlining operational processes through enhanced communication and automation with internal stakeholders. Actively engaged in the implementation of new tools for DQ assessment in collaboration with our Data Team, I assisted in the automation of DQ checks, eventually presenting insights through an intuitive Quicksight dashboard.

Data Scientist & Scrum Master

As a key member of a six-person team within the Risk and Data Analytic Grid, my role encompassed data sourcing and ensuring data quality across a spectrum of ALM models. I was involved in managing data for a range of models including Non-Maturing Deposits, Mortgage Liquidity, Yield Curve, Multi Curve, Credit Cards, Credit Support Annex, Loans, Prepayments, Penalties, and Mortgages. In April 2019, I assumed the role of Scrum Master and promptly initiated recruitment efforts to address team turnover. My duties entailed sourcing data from diverse historical repositories, conducting meticulous pre-processing, executing thorough data quality assessments, facilitating visualizations, conducting reconciliations, and implementing automation for ongoing processes across multiple ALM models for ABN AMRO. Effective stakeholder management was imperative, considering the extensive data landscape of the bank, particularly concerning ALM models. It's important to note that my initial engagement was through Mploy Associates, and I transitioned to an internal role in February 2021, with the change primarily affecting my contractual arrangement.

As Quantitative Risk Analyst in the Young Talent Program of Mploy Associates responsible for acquiring and cleaning data for various models at our client ABN Amro. My team at ABN Amro focuses on Historical Data of ALM within the Risk Data and Analytics Grid. We support modelers by delivering data to modelers who derive insights into ABN Amro's liquidity position. My role includes planning, data sourcing, stakeholder management, analysis, visualization, and documentation. I'm also the Scrum Master of my team since April 2020.
