• Develop and strengthen monitoring and evaluation tools and processes, inspect and ensure collection of timely and accurate data for performance tracking and report. • Analyze and represent data for monthly and quarterly reporting on progress on projects to the Executive Secretary. • Develop training objectives, schedule and plan • Serve as Zonal officer, conducting quarterly monitoring visits and supportive supervisions to health facilities on Basic Health Care Provision Fund (A World Bank and Federal Government funded project) • Write and develop research proposals and fact sheets for the Agency’s website. • Develop and retire budget for projects
