As manager, after a four-week management training program, inventoried and ordered product from multiple distributors, provided social media presence, and communicated with store owners to continue growth. Drove employee sales to new heights by developing and leading monthly Team Action Meetings and following up with personal coaching in employee trouble areas. Increased all employee performance and led team in sales, raising store performance by 45% in six months. Employment ended by COVID-19 in March 2020.

Began by assisting and eventually coordinated the planning and execution of extremely popular gallery shows and events for crowds of up to 500. Assembled and led teams to install artwork for commercial jobs at the Margaritaville and Ground Zero Blues Club, Biloxi, The Claiborne at Gulfport Highlands and Baton Rouge, as well as both the Armed Forces Retirement Home and Centennial Plaza in Gulfport, MS. Currently full-time designer, on call to install more commercial art as jobs arise.
