-Tec lead of implementation of customer journey tool (CI 360) for massive triggering in a big national telco, supporting 50 to 60 million daily SMS triggers -Support and mediation between SAS team and IT customer team. -Support in creation of the communication rules -Tec Lead at Implementation of a real-time decision flowchart tool (SAS-Real Time Decision Manager) for Automobile insurance pricing in large insurance companies.(2019-2022) -Supporting the business decision and strategy and its I.T. areas involved in the project. -Technical leadership of the SAS team in Agile/ Scrum methodology.
