Global Analytics Senior Manager

• Oversee and orchestrate the collaboration between business stakeholders and academic research groups, managing four core long-term research projects with MIT simultaneously • Spearheaded the development of 10 short-term innovation project proposals for MIT Action Learning Labs, 8 of which succeeded through the selection program while competing with top tech companies • Supervised an internal research project for understanding the use of LSTMs for forecasting sales volume • Created BudLab’s long-term strategy to generate growth through R&D in advanced analytics • Designed and developed the foundations for career paths and upskilling efforts for data analytics teams across all business units, which is allowing the company to identify gaps and to increase employee engagement
