Senior Systems Analyst

1) Defined business goals by working with 10+ stakeholders from Digital Marketing, Sales Administration and Enterprise Data Management to determine systems requirements. 2) Lead a proposal to help drive better data by having an automated campaign synch between marketing automation tool Marketo and Salesforce CRM which resulted in time savings of over 3 hours on each marketing campaign to establish the synch and member statuses. 3) Developed dynamic reports and dashboards in Power BI as a proof of concept for the Sales leadership to monitor transactions totaling over $1 Billion. 4) Implemented, tested, and documented new features for sales enablement tool Seismic which helped improve productivity of over 250 users in driving Sales engagement. 5) Streamlined data comparison between content management system and Seismic using Power Query for over 5000 pieces of content which helped the Digital Marketing team to enhance their branding strategy. 6) Key member of Power BI User group and developed a high-level architecture document with the Managing Vice President and presented to the entire group to help them make an effective decision on implementation of Power BI throughout the organization.

1. Head Salesforce Administrator and Lead data analyst for the entire company consisting of Product, Services and Finance departments. 2. Developed the Revenue Renewal Rate metric which resulted in leadership taking action to increase the rate from 80% on average to over 95% on average. 3. Presented insights to the Chief Technology Officer in the form of effective reports and dashboards in Tableau based on Product usage, Sales conversion, and Marketing analysis. 4. 1) Analyzed Web traffic using Google Analytics for product design changes and to launch social media campaigns. 2) Identified key performance indicators such as usage rate day over day and historical trends to determine adoption patterns amongst customers; presented results to the VP of Strategy and Development. 3) Developed and presented 6 dashboards containing more than 60 reports to the Sales and Marketing Leadership. 4) Interpreted confidential healthcare data of 30,000 patients to identify 3400 high risk patients using Salesforce reporting, SAS Enterprise Guide and Jitterbit Data loader, resulting in better treatment for the patients and revenue opportunities for clients. 5) Collaborated with a team to automate a 7 step workflow between Salesforce and HubSpot for email marketing. 6) Maintained real time analytics for 10 dashboards which provided a week over week product metrics snapshot that was used in high level meetings with the management for operational decision making.

Business Systems Analyst

Customization of the product Oracle FLEXCUBE according to client requirements and bringing into effect further development in the product. 1) Collaborated with colleagues to complete project related deliverables on the technical side with a lateral focus on the functional domain of Banking. 2) Gathered business requirements in a client project for a Pan-African bank and successfully translated to functional and design specifications. 3) Helped develop an interface between FLEXCUBE and a third party system of the bank. 4) Coordinated pro-actively with the testing teams to come up with a unit test plan for a client project. 5) Created a comprehensive document for the installation of FLEXCUBE and circulated across the organization.
