Solutions Architect

I worked as Solution Architect on the following projects. Transformation Program – A program run by TGP from 2018 to 2021, which saw the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to the TGP technology and application landscape. As a Solution Architect, I architected and designed the REST API integration layer which interfaces MSD-CRM with TGP’s Legacy Backend Systems, using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. UK MB Customer Portal Project (MyGateway) – A customer portal which enables customers to submit reads, view invoices, raise queries and access various reports for over 33K sites. As a Solution Architect, I architected and designed the incremental ETL between TGP Legacy Systems and the Portal and designed the REST API integration layer which enables the Portal to interface with the Legacy Query Management System, using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. During this period I also studied part-time towards a Post-Graduate degree and successfully completed a Masters in Data Science from the City University of London in March 2020.

IT Project Leader

IT Project Leader - Gas Systems (Jan-2011 - Aug 2011) Project - Customer Read Scheme - Web-based – This project involved creation of a web-page where the customer can provide the meter reading using the internet. The application captures the data in an Operation Database in the DMZ. The captured data is then pulled into the back-end systems where it is further processed and passed on to the billing application. This was my first project as a Project Manager. The project was delivered one month before time and under-budget. Also a newly established “Project Management Methodology – PMM” was fully implemented within TGP. I also had the opportunity to apply my learning from the PRINCE2 training which I undertook during the same period. The project has been marked as “Best-of-Breed” for the use of PMM. My Role - Project Manager, Lead Technical Architect.
