Now a division of What Chefs Want. -Planned inbound logistics, carrier procurement, freight and warehousing contract negotiations and process management. -Optimized supply chain lanes to meet or beat customer expectations and drive revenue and savings. -Saved over 10% on freight costs and on time performance jumped 15%. Door to Door Organics was the primary customer brought to the table with my addition to this company. This brought $1.8 million in revenue (20% profit) and freight costs savings up to 5% annually. -Managed an operations team of up to 6 individuals. Two direct office reports – one coordinator and one administrator.

No longer in operation. -E-commerce fulfillment and supply chain planning for national network. -ERP implementation project representing supply chain and inbound logistics. -Led collaboration with operations, supply chain and accounting departments to optimize processes to develop and sustain efficient customer-centric systems that saved the company over a 30% on freight and operating costs in the first 6 months. -Oversaw departments KPIs and OKRs in receiving, quality control management and coordination of 5 inventories and over 1500 SKUs nationally. -Managed two direct reports – one coordinator and one administrator.
