Develop and manage an annual controllable spend budget of $100M. Directed the implementation of a processing KPI dashboard to assist with diagnosing and improving upon suboptimal productivity and recovery performance. Directing the implementation an advanced analytics program for the facility, focusing on process modeling, constraint analysis and optimizing unit operations performance.

Designed and built an advanced process control system that increased process stability, resulting in $1M in electrical and consumable savings. Implemented a visual factory solution, utilizing PI ProcessBook, that communicated KPI data related to productivity, efficiency and quality.
