Member of Management Team of FrieslandCampina Trading. Responsible for D&A Improvement and Innovation Program: 10 Projects in 2023; focused on Pricing, S&OP and Efficiency. Leader of Business Intelligence department. In charge of providing a single view of the dairy market: accurate, on-time, accessible and based on combination of AI & human intel. Together with Commerce & Finance Directors, we steered our commercial & risk management tactics based on data-driven insights and through a weekly drumbeat. Key insights provided by my team are Weekly Market Outlooks & Commodity Price Forecasts, Yield Management Models, What-If Analysis & Market Sentiment Analysis. Further ad-hoc analytics and market research are also enabled through a self-service platform with GenAI capabilities. Annualized EBIT contribution > EUR 10M.

Member of Management Team of IT Cluster Data & Analytics. Established Global Data Science & Process Excellence CoE, in combination with deployment of enterprise data platform and Hub & Spoke D&A operating model. Led an upskilling program within Global IT at large and co-developed a data literacy program to foster a data-driven culture across RFC at large. Together with D&A Architects & Business Partners, we crafted an innovation, delivery & architecture roadmap for data science, enabling technical delivery for data science teams within business and standardized WoW (Data & MLOps). Manager Data Science, B2B Business Groups

Strategic business partner for the involved Operating Companies' Management Team within the B2B division of FrieslandCampina. In charge to set-up and execute Data Analytics program in B2B division, both in Commerce (Sales & Marketing) as well as Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Plan & Deliver). Built a data science team from scratch. Staffed team of up to 10 FTEs, including data scientists, data engineers & analytics translators. Drove Division & Opco management awareness on most relevant data analytics projects and then developed a comprehensive delivery roadmap, including resource planning & allocation and strategic vendor management. Also in charge of liaising with other (technical) teams in the wider Global IT organization and engaging with (potential) stakeholders in relation to new & ongoing projects. Examples of projects included: demand forecasting, elasticity-based pricing on customer-level & manufacturing yield optimization.

Delivered & deploy data analytics solutions in close collaboration with external partners and key subject matter experts. Examples of solutions deployed include: a highly accurate forecasting model for B2B cheese market prices (FCA of 95% for 6-9 months forward) and multiple dashboards to measure price performance (e.g. adherence to floor/target prices, benchmark performance across product groups and sales teams).

Developed Customer Lifetime Value Model for Credit Card’s associated Balance Transfers & Cash Advances, significantly improving performance: double-digit higher profit generation, while keeping delinquency low historical levels. Advised on a new strategy for Dormant & Low Use Credit Cards based on a multi-variate segmentation strategy. Analysed and simplified income policies for upscale credit cards, achieving an increase in sales of over 30% in affluent segment. Optimized lead generation for seasonal loans for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through sharper & dynamic prioritization rules, obtaining a 200% YoY increase in potential leads, while keeping steady conversion and delinquency at historical lows. Built strategic relations and led negotiations with Credit Risks Management that delivered a simplified credit risk policy for low-risk SME customers, obtaining an increase of 100% YoY in seasonal loans and associated sales up over 40% YoY. Managed team of 3 Analysts to develop and deploy a new commercial way of working focused on lead generation and trained 450 acquisition sales team members across the country on new sales processes, decreasing lead times by 60%.
