-Launched Assortment builder for Off Price and helped develop and define best practices surrounding the Off-Price ordering process. -Rolled out JDA allocation for Nordstrom Rack. SEM for the ABP group, offering feedback for role-specific operations. Helped develop specific processes surrounding sized produce, which later became the universal size scale process still in use today. -Redefined the P&H process both in execution and financial management of this product. I assisted in creating best practices surrounding the new deployment and management tool WIM(Warehouse Inventory Management).
