- Applied Excel to post judgment litigation reports to more efficiently reach company metric goals. After applying pivot tables and filters through 18,000 debt cases, I was able to select the highest-balanced delinquent accounts to award us our maximum profits. - Corrected bi-weekly reports of summary, agreed, trial, and default judgments from stakeholders to ensure legal compliance with our clients, the plaintiffs (American Express, Goldman Sachs, Discover, OnDeck Capital, & PNC Bank). - Communicated with district/county courts to follow up with case progress using Excel pivot tables. Doing this allowed us to retrieve our judgments to be aggregated to our monthly productivity metric. - Communicated with disgruntled defendants (often hostile) to give provide legally complying directives on how to progress with their debt case. - Maintained an F-drive personal database of all judgments ever retrieved in my employment (2,100+) so that any future inquiries about cases could be easily answered. - Calculated simple statistics on projected post-judgment discoveries to be mailed out based on last date of payment, previous monthly counts, and productivity of pre-judgment teams. - Used pivot tables to collaborate with supply chain of post judgment discoveries to satisfy legal deadlines of documents. - Utilized process MACROS to lessen manual work time (crucial for productivity output). - Cleaned data within quantitative reports for forecasted volume of cases to be status changed
