Enhanced collaboration and security through a group project that set up 250+ user devices, migrating to a new system. Leading digital project management across 5 sites, with over over 250 employees, improving operational efficiency and digital infrastructure. Designing and implementing a digital solution using MS Power Platform that streamlined operations and enhanced user experience in sites by reducing paper usage. Providing daily technical support to over 250 employees, ensuring smooth IT system operations and improving workforce productivity.

Enhanced mobile network support, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs through effective fuel-loss management for over 1500 sites.
