A men's boutique focusing on quality, style and value. • Founded an online men’s clothing business and drove multiple consecutive years of double digit revenue growth while maintaining profitability. • Analyzed industry trends data to determine appropriate product mix for store’s customer base and rate of turn. Starting with initial roster of 10 vendors, expanded to over 30 vendors, with key vendors/products accounting for a 50% increase in YOY store sales. • Conducted data analysis of visitor traffic and purchasing behavior with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to fine tune digital marketing and merchandising efforts. Analyzed data from disparate 3rd party databases to make business decisions. • Tested effectiveness of social media advertising vehicles such as Google Ad Words, Facebook and Pinterest. Marketing Research Analyst

As the first team member aside from my boss at Hulu Research, I helped to build up a lot of capabilities in helping to service our Sales Team. I was in charge of creating and maintaining: • Monthly comScore and Nielsen reporting, comparing Hulu performance to competitors as well as showing monthly trends. This was created as a quick reference guide for both the Sales team as well as other internal stakeholders. • Advertiser brand studies utilizing Insight Express; maintain reconciliations and budgets for all Hulu paid third party research • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for sales prospecting using Kantar Ad Spend data. • Responding to daily sales requests to support RFPS and client questions, which required pulling data from sources such as comScore, Nielsen, Kantar, eMarketer, and other media/marketing research related portals • Provided training to all other team members on how to use third party reporting tools
