Responsible for ensuring the timely collation, analysis and presentation of high quality Lorenzo performance monitoring and intelligence data. Ensuring adherence to external contract reporting and KPI monitoring. In conjunction with the Business Support Manager, I'm responsible for assimilation and supplying all Lorenzo monitoring information relevant to the production of monthly reports. Also the reporting will be focused on ensuring the performance of the East & West Suffolk localities is accurately recorded and reported. Deal with a range of queries in relation to Lorenzo work flows and data. Ensuring the accuracy and online availability of reports from abacus. Work within clearly defined occupational policies and operate on own initiative, taking advice from the Deputy Business Support Manager if required (work is managed rather than supervised). Work with clinical operations teams and support data entry, problem solving to ensure the performance of the team is improved and maintained. Advise of relevant key reports and put right errors showing in comparison with overall report from the Trust's Power BI reports.
