Boston University | Jul 2018 - Present

Graduate Student Researcher

Conduct experimental recordings of neural activity in mice. Construct and troubleshoot experimental rigs and digital signal processing chains for recordings. Construct analysis pipelines for analyzing neural activity in auditory cortex. Model neural networks to match experimental data and hypothesize cortical mechanisms for encoding sound stimuli. Write manuscripts and presentations to show findings and methods to scientific community. First author of three preprinted manuscripts, all posted on bioRxiv.

University of Minnesota | Dec 2014 - May 2017
