• Serves as a subject matter expert for agent financial data and agent contract data • Oversees and resolves data quality issues flagged via our team’s Tableau reports and Zendesk ticket intake • Provides separate on-call support to the engineering team in order to address escalations that require specific triaging as they are raised by internal stakeholders • Partners with Data Analysts to preserve the quality assurance of our team’s reports • Drives continuous improvement of our team’s metrics, reports, and dashboards to accurately monitor data quality issues within agent financial data and agent contract data • Identifies risks and opportunities proactively to our team and our stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks • Tests and implements process improvements recommended by her and her team • Develops ad hoc Excel/Google sheet reports to help drive data quality improvements across teams (Operations, Accounting, etc.) • Drafts and maintains playbooks/documentation representing our team’s work to the wider organization • Coordinates with the Operations team to ensure the right process and workflow is in place when new policies are introduced, but not yet fully supported by the product functionality
