Provider relationship management.  Data capabilities assessment based on DCAM framework.  Data Governance alignment strategies based on the DAMA DMBok.  Created events taxonomy and tracking plans for mobile App and Web site.  Transformed the Invoice Process: Spearheaded the automation of the invoicing process using Power Automate, reducing the time required from 4 days to 4 hours, significantly increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual workload by 90%.  Optimized Financial Reconciliation: Led the development of a data-driven solution to mitigate the conciliation process between ERP and TMS systems, reducing the reconciliation time from 5 days to minutes. This resulted in enhanced accuracy and reduced labor costs.  Saved $20,000 in Development Costs: Leveraged data and analytics to identify and prevent the development of low-priority features for the mobile app, saving the company approximately $20,000 in unnecessary expenses.
