This includes identifying potential data points to capture and analyze as well as developing and visualizing metrics to support organizational goals. -Created dashboard that automatically generated a Gantt chart from primary ticketing system, ServiceNow, to communicate expected delivery dates for reports and extracts -Supported clinical and support staff with well-defined documentation and education materials. Develop and run queries for all clinical and IT staff. -Coordinated with hospital leadership to create an internal electronic health record webpage used by nursing to help document and communicate patient information during shift handoff. Results of the work was co-presented between a hospital leader and myself at the 2015 International Conference on Healthcare Information Technology Advancement at Western Michigan University. -Created a program to automatically disable user accounts that were underutilized after 180 days -Created ED Throughput dashboards that were utilized to measure various patient throughput metrics (door to check-in, check-in to bed, bed to discharge, etc.) in over 10 emergency departments across the state of Michigan -Created automated backup system to store digital copies of paper blood bank order requisitions in case of planned or unplanned printer downtime
