Software Engineer

MRI Software acquired PropertySuite in 2022. I currently work in the same team. • Diagnose issues and implement solutions relating to HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and SQL. • Implement code refactoring. • Use Git and regular Git working flow. • Run manual tests. • Investigate, run and implement SQL queries. • Utilise tools such as PhpStorm, GitLab, VS Code and others. • When requested, perform checks on AWS EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and AWS RDS. • Develop technical documentation when requested. • Update and release native mobile Apps, Android and iOS. • Liaise with the technical support team. • Identify areas for future enhancements. • Research and recommend software tools, processes and metrics.

Jetweld Engineering | Jan 2019 - Aug 2021

Quality Assurance Technician

• Created, updated, and maintained the company website using HTML, CSS and PHP. • Implemented a static website solution using WordPress and custom CSS in AWS LightSail. • Developed automated Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas and VBA that significantly reduced costs and time spent with manual data entry. • Analysed and consolidated data sets for generating material lists between different project versions. • Designed and implemented a comprehensive document control system, training, and procedures, ensuring traceability. • Applied methodologies for naming conventions and consistency across documents and materials. • Established a Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with international ISO standards.
