Vessel Load List Coordinator

• Generates terminal cargo list from over a dozen terminals across the Gulf and West Coast. • Imports and analyzes cargo data into our comparative database management tool MACS3. • Sends over 15 completed Load Lists to CMA operations, Port Managers, Vessel Operators, and Vessel Planners weekly ensuring all deadlines are met. • Runs Cargo Management auto reports daily to verify receipt of Auto Titles when required for 72 hour hold. • Manages over 100 Excel spreadsheets for tracking Auto Titles. • Reconciles terminal reports after vessel port cut and late gate expires using a "to come report" in the terminal system. • Prepares pivot tables with container numbers, cargo weights, cargo size types, and ports of destination for later analysis by other departments.
