Project Team Leader

 Acting as a liaison between different department teams, upper management and IT, while driving 2 major sales projects.  Managed designing, developing, integrating, testing and maintenance of new sales mobile application, working closely with third party vendor, IT and cross functional team.  Analyzing and documenting sales department needs and opportunities, delivering a new BI environment by IT and third-party vendor.  Developing effective solutions for improving sales efficiency and performance.  Creating advanced reports, extracting and processing information from big and complex data sets. Key Achievements  Delivered new mobile SFA app and trained over 150 users, ensuring the seamless workflow of teams.  Automated procedure of distributing sales targets in each member of teams (~100 people), saving 80% of time needed.  Defined, through complex data and parameters, over budget spending in a fast and exact way, saving over 200.000€.  Designed an alternative way of sales target for x-van team, in which it was possible to reallocate an amount of about 100.000€ in more quality targets, such as increasing product distribution and participation of targeted categories.
