Started as a Talent Coordinator (junior recruiter), then was promoted to TA specialist in July 2021. Responsibilities and accomplishments • Full cycle recruitment from kick-off meetings, sourcing, internal stakeholder management, candidate experience, negotiations, and closing candidates. • Hired an average of 3 new colleagues per month for different teams such as Sales, Customer Success and Support, Marketing, Data, Finance, and People. • Contributed to the company's growth from 45 to 110 people in 1.5 years. Additional projects • Diversity and Inclusion: - delivered a company-wide workshop on Inclusion - Followed a course to prioritize DE&l on the hiring process and conduct company-wide training for employees and managers. - collaborated with the rest of the people team to create an anti-harassment and discrimination policy. • Improving the recruitment process to increase team alignment and efficiency (completed). • Company Core Values 2022: created a video used by the people team to share the new core values with the rest of the company. • Improved Glassdoor engagement: increased company rate from 3.6 to 4.8.

Picking up where I left off during my internship, I singly built and run the HR department at Packaly. In my role as Head of HR, I made sure that the team and company could grow and scale in a fast-growing environment. I focused on the performance of our team while improving the environment to make sure we could outperform every day. Next to that, I was in charge of the full cycle recruitment process, and the development of new HR policies.
