Founded in 2012 by Israel scientists as a crop monitoring and management tool based real-time data analytics. JV was established in 2016 to target Chinese market as well as establish local production of sensors and tools. • Assist CEO with setting the overall company strategy and operational targets; • Develop organizational structure, company regulations, compensation and performance review policies, and communicate with the Board; • Assist with recruiting, interviewing and training of staff members; • Assist with budget preparation and optimizing resource allocation to different business activities; • Identify and generate business opportunities from customers and distributors incl. private and listed companies, academic institutions, government entities and investment funds; • Facilitate partnership and commercial deals structuring and negotiation, as well as the preparation, review and finalizing of legal documents; • Research and analyze industry information to identify new business opportunities and threats; • Assist with liaison and monthly reporting of business operation to the Board.
