Coopman Search & Selection is a purpose-led financial services recruitment company that combines lateral thinking with sector expertise across Financial Services operating in Dublin, London and New York. Enhanced internal operations by expertly utilising Python for data exploration and organisation, focusing on optimising financial data and CRM systems. Developed and implemented a suite of six different tools and dashboards to streamline reporting, data analysis, and content generation, significantly improving efficiency and decision-making processes. • Web Scraping & Database Development: Implemented web scraping techniques automation routines with Python and Selenium to build comprehensive databases, enriching the company's data resources for advanced analysis. • Financial Dashboard: Designed and deployed a dashboard solution using Dash and Flask, providing accurate visibility into expenses, sales, profits, and billing. Deployed as a Web App on Microsoft Azure, this tool aided in more informed financial decision-making. • Sales & Performance Dashboard: Developed a comprehensive sales and performance dashboard, integrating data from CRM API, LinkedIn, and internal data. It displayed critical KPIs for the sales team, enhancing their ability to track and improve performance. • AI-Powered Content Generation: Innovated an "Insights Extractor" software capable of summarising documents and automating report generation from various sources using the latest Generative AI and LLM models, streamlining the process of gaining insights from existing reports and articles. Also, engineered an AI-powered agent with internal company data to personalise social media posts and generate speeches for video content. This LLM-model-based agent was personalised for Coopman’s specific needs and goals, enhancing the company's digital presence and engagement.
