Assess customer scientific use cases, data workflows, and data integration needs. Propose architectural diagrams for improved data workflows. Develop and update vendor-agnostic schema for harmonized data ingestion. Serve as scientific subject matter expert in chromatography. Work with customer data scientists to improve data querying from the TetraScience data platform databases using SQL and ElasticSearch via APIs. Create python scripts for internal and external-facing tools for accessing and reducing data, and updating data labels and metadata.
