Assists in the revision of standard operating procedures based on the protocol and the suggestion of the consultant. Created a case report forms based on the protocol of the study. Processed isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cell and store at -170 ﹾ C. Processed and aliquot blood, urine and saliva based on the protocol given by the study. Performed ELISA for Quantiferon TB-Gold Plus assay. Document daily freezer/refrigerator temperature and implement corrective and preventative actions as required. Monitor liquid nitrogen level for the storage of PBMCs. Helps and supports administrative work of the study. Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Encode patient’s demographic data on both Computer Database and laboratory registrar. Assist on preparing culture media for diagnosing of TB Bacteria.
