Clinical Engineer

Repaired, calibrated and maintained medical equipment and instrumentation. Consulted with medical staff, nursing staff, and other assistance staff to demonstrate the correct operation of equipment. Also trained staff for different medical procedures when the usage of medical equipment was needed. Inventoried, purchased/rented and managed medical supplies and equipment. Maintained preventive-maintenance schedules for all the medical devices and equipment in the facilities. Completed equipment and devices safety tests to ensure patient and staff security. Daily problem solving regarding medical equipment and other medical resources. Documented and stored all the information regarding medical equipment and service activities to assure complete and accurate service documentation.
