BI Lead

As the BI Team Lead, I was responsible for prospecting and implementing data-driven solutions to the regional commercial model, working closely with stakeholders from South and Central America. Led a team of 2 data analysts, coordinating under a Scrum framework. Led AVON's SWAT team to stop the previous declining market share trend in LATAM, following its acquisition by Natura & Co.

Business Strategist Jr. Manager (Geographic Expansion PMO)

I was a Business Strategist Jr. Manager at Natura and was part of the Geographic Growth Expansion Team, focused on prospecting and landing on country targets. Led market research, due diligence, funding requests, and overall landing strategy for expansion projects, including Ecuador's expansion project in 2020. Built and presented 10+ expansion opportunities to the board, including market risks & opportunities and financial modeling such as P&L forecasting, ROI, Break Even & DCF. Created a multivariate model to prioritize the regional geographic expansion roadmap and assisted the VP in legal & financial structuring matters. Coordinated a 4-member team and had constant exposure to leadership and board members.

Head of Bolivia’s Master Franchise Administration - Jr. Manager

As a Junior Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the Master Franchise of Natura Bolivia, which generated USD 6 million in revenue yearly. My responsibilities included developing and implementing pricing and financial strategies, managing reporting and marketing efforts, overseeing logistics, conducting audits, and managing public relations with franchisees. I led a team of two analysts and reported directly to the Director of LATAM and members of the board.

ABECEB (Consulting boutique firm) | May 2014 - May 2016

Senior Macroeconomics Research Analyst

As a Senior Macroeconomist for a boutique macroeconomic consulting firm, I provided coverage for Argentina and Latin America. I produced executive reports for top companies such as Toyota and Mercedes-Benz, focusing on macroeconomic variables and forecasting, including GDP, inflation, and consumer spending, as well as analyzing the political environment and stock market. I also managed and coordinated a team of two members (macroeconomic analysts).
