As the owner of talent assessments at Stripe, I establish and improve employee assessments across key touchpoints in the employee lifecycle, including: pre-hire assessments, high potential identification, performance measurement, and career development. I regularly partner with global teams to design and validate selection tools that predict success for complex roles. Reimagined the structured interview process, aligning to Stripe's operating principles and creating a consistent and fair experience. In this role, I build tools (including a 360 assessment for high potentials) that enable employees to understand their strengths and deepen their expertise.
