I am currently engaged in projects aimed at developing the coffee of the future. My responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing image pipelines to support computer vision projects across R&D and PTC. - Leading multiple projects to industrialize computer vision solutions. - Elaborating designs of experiments and predictive models enabling quick decision making in projects and identifying new areas of interest. - Analyzing data from various sources, including physical, chemical, aroma, sensory, and factory data. - Leading several working groups within a network of data scientists and statisticians. - Scouting and benchmarking digital solutions. - Providing technical assistance to factories, focusing on process capabilities and quality control sampling plans.
