Work across different digital platforms (Nike.com/Nike Apps/External Platforms), to ensure we have the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time. • Pre-Season: Responsible for driving and delivering Pre-Season Assortment Plans, focusing on sales, inventory, productivity, margin and product conversion. • In-Season: Involved in analysing risk and opportunity, maximize trading opportunities, and making tactical adjustments with cross functional partners to leverage profitability and demand. Includes weekly trade sessions, and monthly WSSI (weekly sales and stock intake). • Collaborate closely with and influence, a diverse cross-functional team, including Merchants, Digital Platform, Merchandise Financial Planning and Analytics/Membership teams. • Strategic thinking – think bigger-picture about your part of the business, and how it fits in with the overall digital strategy and of wider Nike.
