Responsible for assistance across multiple platforms (Power BI, BI Reporting, CRM and MS D365). Responsible for identifying bugs on web applications, troubleshooting issues for users, access to platforms with specific security roles. Currently training to move up within SHI to the Data Science team.

Admin for platforms KnowBe4 and Frontline. Created network of obtaining COVID-19 Screenings of 850+ employees to distribute clean data, reports and analysis of employees to higher management to determine who was healthy enough to work on a daily basis.

Lead a team of 30 recent college graduates on an Artificial Intelligence project. Created guidelines for tagging all types of conversations on the IB Chat feature of the Bloomberg Terminal.
