• Provided performance monitoring system by building dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI, e.g. profit and loss, reliability and user growth dashboard, and built automated reports using Azure Databricks. • Responsible for delivering presentations to share findings and coordinate with other stakeholders to implement solutions. • Developed a prediction model in Python to recommend geo-locations with a potential demand-supply gap for expansion strategy. • Led experimentation to optimise user checkout rate by conducting A/B testing on merchant ranking logic.
