Design, build/ test, deploy, and monitor data pipelines and custom integrations using APIs using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, SOQL, and SQL to meet business analytics and operational needs, including a custom Salesforce Lightening Component build. Lead maintenance and enhancements of The Bail Project's court notification product and data sharing application.

Senior Analyst, Data and Evidence Science

Led workstreams, projects, and acted as a consultant to assess clients’ complex and ambiguous data problems, often translating business requirements into product capabilities. Consultations include conducting primary and secondary data collection, analysis, and visualization for clients and executive leadership teams or providing technical assistance on data tools and continuous learning cycles. More specifically, the Senior Analyst conducted diagnostic exercises to surface evidence and data system requirements, co-developing recommendations to improve existing and/or implement new data systems; designed and executed strategic data projects for clients, tailoring methods to meet clients’ needs and surface insights; and generated recommendations and pricing models to increase partners’ capacity and data building skills while leveraging change management strategies to support sustainable implementation and improve social impact initiatives.
