1.Data analysis (Market & Makro data) - Identify the opportunity and problem in each category from Nielsen market data or Makro data based on requested from commercial buyer and suggest actions to buyer. - Dashboard and data visualization created base on requested from buyer to identify rootcause of problems. - Initiate product review process and criteria to delist unperformed product from sale area. 2.Nielsen communication - Main window person between Makro x Nielsen for all commercial data communication such as reports, meetings 3.Market performance update - Monthly market performance update to team, recommending which category should be focus due to poor performance compare to market and competitor. 4.Nielsen report training - Be a trainer of “Introduction to how to read Nielsen report properly” to new buyer or related person. 5.Fresh@Makro assortment management - Initiate assortment management in terms of product in/out, assortment review. Create and suggest product list in process, delist process and review process. Also include the review criteria initiative. 6.MSP Business analysis development - participate in new business analysis platform development team. Responsible for creating concept of analysis dashboard in terms of sale performance, promotion performance.

1.New product evaluation in Food’s categories. (Grocery, Commodity, Snack & Confectionary, Beverage, Soft drink, Fresh food and Frozen) - Evaluate new products sale target, %GP and listing fee in weekly basis by using existing products sale performance data and Nielsen sale database. - Quarterly recommending new products in food category to buyer (category development). - Tracking and analyze new products performance for delist un-perform products and identify sale performance problems (no promotion, inappropriate assort, etc.). 2.Review current products and assort in terms of sales performance, sales mix, GP mix and assortment in Food categories (Grocery, Commodity, Snack & Confectionary, Beverage, Soft drink, Fresh food and Frozen) - Review products performance and delist un-perform products to create space for new products (maximize sales with limited spaces). - Analyze products sale performance in terms of quantity, GP, RTC, destroy, sale mix and GP mix. Report weekly warranty claim results to Singapore headquarter. 2.Technical section - Allocate and control the technical support team, guiding them to solve technical problems in market. - Create plan and implement action to solve the Recall’s problems in market. - Was appointed to be the intermediate communicator, special for handling the language barriers between Subaru Japan and Subaru Thailand. 3.Training section - Organize the training team for company’s newcomers and current employees of TCST in all Service centers. Facilitated learning courses for both technical and non-technical skills. - Collected the updated information of the training course from Tan Chong International Limited, then summarized to facilitated the new training courses with up-to-date material for all dealer’s staffs.

Senior Chassis Design Engineer | Apr 2009 - Apr 2013


1.Chassis part design and development. - Bracket shape, strength calculation, tightening calculation and assemble capability. - Height sensor leveling shape, operation layout design - Coil spring load and height setting to ensure the height and the alignment of the vehicle. - Absorber part development together with the suppliers. 2.Field technical problem solving and support. - Monitored the vehicle issues within the field market. 3.Cost reduction activities. - Created the cost reduction strategy from the current solutions in vehicle part design. Then presented the cost-cutting design idea that do not compromise the performance level. Production follow-up. - Attended the oversea manufacturing for the new production in Argentina and Indonesia.
