Data Operations Manager

-Creates weekly reports and dashboards, tracking KPIs and presenting to a variety of stakeholders. Uses Excel, Tableu, Salesforce CRM. - Behaves as a Full Sail University ambassador while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and compliance - Books interactive experiences/workshops on different media arts and technology related topics for students and educators (K-12) - Maintains Outreach department events calendar and assist with securing additional events for Outreach Representatives - Coordinates all outreach related travel logistics, including but not limited to air travel, hotel accommodations, car rentals, airport pickups, etc. - Processes all Workday Requisitions, insuring to also monitor and track all Expense reports submitted through the Outreach department - Reconciles monthly corporate credit cards, track and monitor travel expenses, providing an up to date view of all finances for the various Outreach initiatives. - Coordinates marketing collateral shipment/tracking for all regional outreach events manage collateral and promotional inventory placing orders when needed. - Manages and tracks technology inventory for Outreach team, including but not limited to, traveling kits, iPads, speakers, projectors, etc. keeping all inventory up to date and functioning, processing repairs/replacements when needed - Researches, identifies, and documents existing/new business processes into standard operating procedures. - Conducts analysis to identify insight, trends, and opportunities related to domestic outreach performance. Translate insights into strategies designed to deliver meaningful results with direct impact on departmental key performance indicators. - Documents all communication diligence within Salesforce CRM.
