• Received and check cad data, create part drawing and send to Siam Nissan Automobile Co.,Ltd for approve. • Handle cost down yearly program to achieve head-quarter policy. • Prepare for meetings with member representatives on upcoming meetings about new model. • Including and order materials form supplier for trial sample parts. • Check order parts, prepare trial sample parts. • Create tooling, checking fixture and jig schedules distributed contractor and concerning. • Check schedule new tooling, new mold/modify and follow up schedule. • Take the response of tight due-date. • Prepare daily report (test mold, repair, modify, Improvement). • Set up mold and trial sample parts. • Design jig and checking fixture for use in process. • To follow up the quality problem with supplier and supplier survey, qualification, development supplier for example the PPAP in order to providing the sample approval to customers. • Prepare part approve follow up customer requirment. • Process audit and prepare inprovedment plan and follow up target setting. • Coordinate proceed Repair/Modify/New tooling with inside/outside factory. • Support document for ISO/TS16949 such as control plan, process flow chart and FMEA.
