Co-founder of Un Mate, a leading importer, distributor and retailer of #yerbamate products in Europe. Un Mate’s goal is set to share yerba mate’s benefits, a natural and well known energizing infusion from South America, across Europe. From 0 to over 4M PLN in sales and more than 600k products sold, I lead the company’s strategy to import and commercialize yerba mate from its distribution center in Poland. At Un Mate I have expanded the aptitudes I’ve been using during my career and become proficiency in e-commerce strategy and implementation as we move from a B2B to a B2C model. My role at the company has allowed me to develop and learn various aspects from e-commerce: Analytics & decision making processes, understating UX/UI, SEO & Optimization, all while understating the consumer’s needs and behaviours to match them with the right products.

Un Mate’s original business plan started by exporting local culture to the world, through accessories for drinking yerba mate, a natural and well known energizing infusion from South America. From 0 to over US$ 200k/year in export sales, I lead the company and set the strategy to attain global businesses across the 5 continents. As a young entrepreneur I was actively involved in all departments of the company while working remotely for most of the time. Learning from all kind of situations: logistical issues, finance & accounting, negotiation and conflict resolution with customers/vendors all while balancing the local and global economies. Un Mate’s international growth allowed me to take a step back and rethink the business in 2016. At this point I decided to open a branch of Un Mate in Poland, where I currently live since 2009, to expand the brand from within Europe. Having split the business into two different entities has allowed Un Mate to develop the brand in Argentina and become an established name globally.

Strategic planning and management of the company's resources. Developing new business opportunities. Identifying and providing logistics solutions to current and potential customers. Under my supervision as a CFO the team secured several tenders from multinational corporations worth over US$ 2M in annual sales. Missionline Logistics is a Freight Forwarding & Isotank operator company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Specialists in Isotanks or Tanktainers - operators & leasing - for chemicals, industrial / petrochemical, gases, food products, cement, asphalt and cryogenics. Missionline Logistics is the representative agent in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay of VOTG Tanktainer (now Suttons Group).
