Project: Deep Basin Acquisition Program The $17B acquisition of Conoco Phillips Western Canadian conventional and heavy oil assets, by Cenovus Energy represents the largest acquisition in North American History. The Deep Basin Transition Program will ensure the smooth migration of all Conoco Phillips Western Canadian conventional oil and natural gas IT support systems, applications and infrastructure in the Deep Basin area. This transition involved the migration of over 500 users, 300 applications, SAP ERP systems, databases and supporting IT infrastructure. • Responsible for developing progress tracking and reporting dashboard for the Mission Control Team to track the work of project teams during the 4-day cutover • Documented requirements of Deep Basin business and IT leadership stakeholders • Confirmed requirements for safety protocols and radio communications requirements at all 60 site locations and working areas • Worked with business stakeholders to prioritize business criticality of IT services and defined business continuity plans • Coordinating the delivery and installation of 70 multifunction printers to field site locations Project: Palliser, Suffield, Weyburn Divestitures These three divestitures of Cenovus’ oldest Canadian conventional assets represent approximately $3.7B in value. These divestitures ensured that Cenovus energy balance sheet is deleveraged from its recent $17B acquisition of Conoco Phillips assets. • Developed work space transition plan during divestiture activities. • Scheduled and coordinated a team of 6 technicians to execute on the ground activities. • Facilitated Mission control call bridge to ensure field technician movements and actions were in alignment with other technical teams during divestiture operations. • Held requirement workshops to ensure that project deployment aligned with both business and Government of Canada Department of Defense Security restrictions.

Project: Security Foundations Initiative The Security Foundations Initiative was developed in order to support SOX compliance and regulatory requirements associated with a planned $4.6B merger between AltaGas and WGL Holdings. The purpose of the initiative was to ensure that AltaGas had established a Security Framework that ensured compliance with financial and information security best practices and regulatory requirements • Responsible for establishing workflow processes and defining requirements for the Business Impact Assessment Process • Coordinated developers to implement form and workflow automation to support the new business processes • Elicited requirements and defined workflow for a Findings Management and Issue Tracking system • Developed use case and entity relationship diagrams to ensure form development met stakeholder expectations • Coordinated development team to create a SharePoint site to manage findings and provide executive dashboard reporting

The IT Infrastructure Deployment Program will execute projects to provide network, telecom, conferencing, messaging and presence services. • Identification and management of IT Infrastructure requirements with business and IT stakeholders • Confirmed IT solutions met business needs • Development of business case for senior leadership and CIO approval Project: RV5 - US Corporate Campus Expansion The RV5 complex is a 800 seat office building which will serve as part of the of Agrium US corporate headquarters campus in Loveland Colorado. The IT Infrastructure Deployment Program will execute projects to provide network, telecom, Wi-Fi, conferencing, printing and workstation services. • Identification and management of IT Infrastructure requirements with business stakeholders • Confirmed IT solutions met business needs • Defined workflows and processes with business stakeholders to ensure changes / impacts were identified and proper change management procedures implemented • Managed test plans and transition to operational support teams during closure phase of all projects
