Quality Assurance Analyst

In this role my key responsibilities are engaging with Operations Departments to help fill knowledge gaps in their processes to improve quality. Along with this, I am the owner of adjustments research for the Fulfilment Center, which includes a daily email sent to stakeholders with root cause analysis and corrective actions. To ensure corrective actions are followed through, I also attend stand up meetings for operation departments as a point of contact for quality related questions and issues. Lastly, I set and maintain the standards of the Problem Solvers within my home department. Along with my core responsibilities, I also perform Ad-Hoc SQL queries to help highlight new and ongoing quality issues within the Fulfilment Center. Also, maintain communications with the stakeholders to be able to adapt the query to their needs. Also, I work closely with the sites loss prevention team to drive down the stink rate of the site, by analyzing trends in losses.
