csp24.ru Technical Project Manager experience in a company working on digital transformation of major construction in many regions of the country. Joined the company of the 4th year of their work and was involved into coping with a “crisis of growth”. Unfortunately, due to political and economical situation in the world and in the country, we had to discontinue our labor relationship. - Acting generally as a project manager in the organization with some additions: - Running technical product development group (POs, Tech Leads) being busy implementing product improvement plan (e.g. MobX to Redux transition for the frontend part) - Acting as a client-side manager towards an outsourcing company-supplier - General supervision of the development - Planning, execution, monitoring & control - Fostering product oriented approach and development culture - Training subordinates (SM and RelM) - Process audit followed by process improvements.
